Our Sea Freight Services

Under Sea freight, we other Full Container Load (FCL) and Less Container Load (LCL) services.

FULL  CONTAINER LOAD

Goods are moved using an entire shipping container exclusively allocated to a single shipper. The merchandise has exclusive use of the container space and doesn’t have to share with other importers or exporters.

When you should opt for FCL.

  1. When you send more than 10 standard pallets or 14m3 worth of merchandise. Goods above this volume are shipped at a lower rate via FCL than LCL.
  2. When you need your cargo to be secure. Cargo isn't in contact with those of other shippers.
  3. When your shipment is urgent. FCL transit times are shorter because they don't go through as many hubs as those of LCL.

LESS CONTAINER LOAD

Also known as groupage, ocean freight shipments are transported in a shipping container alongside cargo from other shippers by sharing the space within the container.

When you should opt for LCL.

  1. When your volume is under 13m3. It is cheaper to ship with cargo than is below this volume.
  2. When you want to book last-minute shipments during the shipping peak season.  During periods of congestion, it’s easier to secure a spot with LCL shipping than FCL.
  3. When cargo volume is too high for a full container and too low to fill two containers.  LCL provides a convenient option to utilize space efficiently and avoid paying for unused container capacity if your cargo volume is too high for a single container but insufficient to fill two containers.
  4. When the cargo isn’t urgent and you aren't in a rush. Shipment that doesn't have strict time constraints and can afford a longer transit time, LCL can offer savings compared to expedited shipping methods.
  5. When you regularly restock and replenish inventory.  LCL shipping can be a practical choice if your business involves frequent inventory replenishment or smaller, more frequent shipments. Instead of waiting to accumulate enough goods for a full container, you can ship smaller quantities more regularly.
  6. When you want to test a market.  It is advantageous when you're testing new products or entering a new market. It allows you to ship smaller quantities for market testing or trial runs without committing to large-scale production or significant upfront cost.
